About Us
Our organization was born from a shared experience of the unique challenges faced by families in rural areas like Cumberland, VA. As parents, caregivers, and community members, we saw firsthand the difficulty of accessing essential resources—whether for education, healthcare, or personal growth.
We recognized that while many local services existed, a lack of coordination left people struggling. With a vision of change, we came together to build a network that connects people to resources, encourages collaboration, and empowers our community.
What started as a small group reaching out to schools, healthcare providers, and local organizations has grown into a mission to strengthen our community by expanding access to essential resources, promoting diversity and inclusion, and encouraging innovation to help others. We believe that through our Foundation, we can create lasting, positive change and build a stronger, more connected community for all.

Founder - LaToria Hansen
LaToria started Styl’d by Grace Hansen Foundation in 2024 to create a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering communities through education, family engagement, and personal development. As a Workforce Development Specialist in the community, LaToria brings over a decade of experience in public service. Her passion for helping others is the driving force behind her leadership and advocacy.
